KNOWLEDGES at Mount Wilson Observatory is a weekend-long art event taking place on the grounds of a historic 100-year-old observatory located north of Los Angeles in the San Gabriel Mountains. More than thirty Los Angeles artists are participating with paintings, sculptures, photography, film screenings, music and sound performances, lectures and installations.


Volunteering

We are seeking volunteers to assist throughout both days of the event. Volunteers receive access to the limited-admission Saturday Night Viewing Program, plus a KNOWLEDGES limited-run “STAR STUFF ON BOARD” bumper sticker and a day-parking pass. More info here. In-Kind Donations

We are seeking the loan or donation of the following equipment: 16-millimeter projector with looper, audio speakers, digital projectors, cinema digital projector, generators, flashlights, a public address system, construction materials, display cases…
